Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is a 35-storey, 600-room luxury hotel developed by Lendlease as part of the $3.4 billion, 20-hectare transformation of Darling Harbour. Featuring a striking glass façade and panoramic city and harbour views, the project sits alongside the redeveloped ICC Sydney and has become a defining feature of Sydney’s skyline.
To meet the high standards of luxury and functionality, the project focused on:

Envirosystems Solution
Envirosystems supplied and installed liquid-applied membranes throughout Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, including all hotel bathroom areas. Our elastomeric waterproofing systems formed a highly elastic, seamless barrier designed to perform under demanding site conditions. When paired with specialised primers, the Envirosystems membranes achieved a fully bonded, monolithic coating with superior adhesion—ensuring long-term waterproofing performance and peace of mind for both builder and client.
