One Central Park is inspired by the people of Sydney, with spacious landscaped gardens that welcome local communities. This multi-stage $2 billion urban village encompasses a diverse collection of over 2,000 residential opportunities, parklands, a shopping centre, and extensive retail spaces, restaurants and entertainment areas. As one of Sydney’s iconic green buildings and newest downtown destinations, the project required waterproofing solutions across more than 20,000m² that could meet both performance demands and environmental objectives.

To meet the highest performance and sustainability standards, the project focused on:

Envirosystems solutions were specified across the 20,000m² One Central Park development, with EnviroPrime P2 and Enviro Epoxy RC deployed to deliver comprehensive waterproofing protection. EnviroPrime P2 provided essential substrate preparation and priming across varied surfaces throughout the project, while Enviro Epoxy RC delivered robust protective coating performance suited to the development’s demanding requirements.

These systems were selected for their proven reliability in tier-one construction projects and their alignment with One Central Park’s sustainability objectives. Manufactured in Australia for Australian conditions, the Envirosystems products delivered environmentally responsible technology that complemented the project’s green design credentials. Supported by a team of specialist experts with over 200 years combined experience, Enviro Prime P2 and Enviro Epoxy RC provided high-quality, low-risk waterproofing protection for this landmark development.
