The Project
Project Details
The Milne Bay Aquatic Centre in Toowoomba required a comprehensive redevelopment of its pool facilities to restore and upgrade this important community recreational asset. The project demanded a high-performance coating system capable of withstanding constant water immersion, chemical exposure from pool treatments, and heavy public. The solution needed to provide both immediate durability and long-term protection while maintaining appropriate slip resistance for public safety.
To meet the highest performance and sustainability standards, the project focused on:
- Delivering chemical-resistant, durable coating protection suited to chlorinated pool environments and heavy recreational use
- Providing tailored slip resistance appropriate for wet aquatic surfaces including pool ramps and decking areas
- Ensuring long-term performance with minimal maintenance requirements for ongoing public facility operations
