The $207 million Karratha Health Campus transforms health services across the Pilbara region. This critical healthcare facility delivers comprehensive medical services to one of Australia’s most remote and strategically important mining regions, requiring waterproofing solutions capable of withstanding extreme climate conditions while meeting stringent healthcare environmental standards. The project’s scale and regional significance demanded systems that could provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance requirements.

To meet the highest performance and sustainability standards, the project focused on:

Envirosystems Solution

Envirosystems was selected as the supplier of environmentally responsible waterproofing solutions across over 10,000m² of the Karratha Health Campus. The specification incorporated Enviro 700X, HP1200, Prime P2, 850PUR and Epoxy RC, delivering comprehensive protection across diverse applications throughout the facility.

All selected products incorporate the latest waterproofing technologies and are manufactured in Australia to withstand the region’s extreme conditions, including intense heat, UV exposure and cyclonic weather events. The low VOC content, solvent-free formulations, odourless application and environmentally friendly accreditation ensured these systems were ideally suited to the healthcare environment.
