480 Queen Street is one of Brisbane’s most prestigious premium grade office buildings, spanning 32 levels with some of the largest floor plans in the CBD. This landmark tower features an ‘Australian first’ in-building public parkland, showcasing world-class design that sets a new standard for premium office spaces. The comprehensive development required waterproofing solutions across diverse applications spanning all office floors and retail spaces, demanding systems capable of meeting the highest performance and sustainability standards.
To meet the highest performance and sustainability standards, the project focused on:
- Delivering environmentally friendly waterproofing solutions aligned with the tower’s premium positioning and sustainability credentials
